Payments

Clinton Public Library is now offering credit/debit pay for library fines and fees. To view your library fines, log into your library account on our online catalog, then visit GovPayNet and fill out your information to process the payment. You may also pay for printing, faxing, and wi fi hotspots through this service.

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. If you are choosing to pay a library fine, please include your full library card number. Important: Please email a receipt of payment to questions@clintonpubliclibrary.org and a librarian will mark the fine “paid” on your account.

Please note that it may take up to three business days to process your payment, so the balance visible on your library account will not automatically change. If you need to change a payment, or you have input the wrong amount, please contact the library immediately.

All transactions will be charged a processing fee. This fee is a minimum of $1.00 and 2.25% of your total after it exceeds a dollar. This means that all payments will include a minimum $1.00 processing fee, including fines/fees where the original balance is less than $1.00. (Example: If the fine is $.50, then the charge will total $1.50.)

Payments can be made online or in person at the library when we are open to the public. You will be given an opportunity to print a receipt upon completion of the transaction.
