Fit After Fifty Lunch & Learn
Our guest Dr. Joe Jacobs will speak about health and physical fitness for ages 50 and up. He’ll demonstrate some basic yoga positions for better posture, and offer a Q & A session afterward. Dr. Jacobs has a PhD in Sport and Exercise Psychology. This is a brown bag event – feel free to bring a lunch!
Teen Space
This month we’ll have varied activities for teens and preteens. Join us each Wednesday at 3:00.
One-on-One Tech Help
The library has a computer trainer on staff who will sit down with you, one-on-one, at the library and walk you through whatever technology issues you may have. Sessions are scheduled for one hour at a time. Please bring your device with you. Sign up online.
