What’s Happening in February?
Tennessee Loves Libraries: All Day, Every Day.
The goal of this campaign is to promote awareness of the library and its impact on the citizens of Anderson County.
We want you to tell us how important the library is to you. We will gather stories, postcards, hearts, and photos which will then be shared with the local legislators. Please help us by stopping by and letting us know how much the library means to you!
Signing With Infants and Toddlers Workshop for Parents: Friday, Feb. 24, 10:30a.m.
Parents will learn about the many benefits of using sign language with their children as well as strategies for incorporating signing into their everyday routines. The leader will demonstrate 25 of the most useful signs for babies and toddlers, and parents will have an opportunity to practice the signs. Participants will receive a take-home handout of the signs used in the workshop.
